1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached.

• A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance, sale, or promotional items are non-refundable.

• Items showing wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return.

• For hygiene reasons, socks, inner liners, or undergarments cannot be returned.

3. Exchanges

• We allow size exchanges if stock is available.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.

• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
